It’s a progressive flow of simple poses where each round builds on the one before it, all synchronised with the breath. An ideal balance of strength and stretch focusing on opening your quads, hip-flexors, chest, and shoulders. You'll unwind tension in your front body and psoas with deep low lunges, high lunge variations, and backbends. Move every part of your body and step away from your mat feeling good from the inside out.
