Finally, we can practice yoga together in Dubai! 🥳 Join me for a 60min vinyasa yoga class - a creative and dynamic form of yoga that uses breath to link physical yoga postures. Each class is different and postures are sequenced in a way to help increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and allow you to tune in to your body’s own rhythm. You'll leave feeling inspired, balanced and in a good & positive mood. Class is open for all levels of yoga practice. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class. Bring your own mat.
